It has come to our attention recently that some of our customers are receiving fraudulent messages where their credit/debit card details can get compromised.

The messages usually say that there is some issue in delivery (usually address issue). The message contains a link where it asks payment for reattempt of the parcel and if someone enters their card details there then they will be compromised along with their bank account. This is the current message; it may change in future but the target will be same - to get your card details.

Please note that Avant Garde does not charge extra for reattempt of a parcel. If there is any issue with your delivery or anything else, then we will contact you via one of our official channels only.

Please ignore messages from any other sources and do not pay anything or enter your card details on any unofficial link.
