Disappointing experience : Received a defective item again

I have been a customer of Avant Garde for a few years, but my last two experiences have been quite disappointing. This time, the shirt I received had one armhole larger than the other, completely ruining the fit. Additionally, in my previous order, I had to bear the cost and inconvenience of replacing a defective item. Wont be buying anything from you guys again!
